Refund & Return Policy

At LNC HOME, we want you to feel like every light is the perfect match for your home, however, if there's an issue, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we will be happy to exchange, give you a store credit or provide you a refund.

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to exchange an item, request a store credit, or receive a refund by contact us apply a shipping label.

Note: Unless your item is damaged on arrival, or there 's an error on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping label costs. Use original packaging if possible. If products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns.


Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping on all orders. We ship most items within two working days of your order date. We ship all lighting from our FL and CA warehouse either by UPS or FedEx, and transit times are generally 3 to 5 working days. Preorders can take as long as three weeks, generally less, before they are in stock and ready to ship.


Return Policy

* Please email us at with your order ID and issue details or images if needed, we'll process with your return request as soon as possible.

* Wrap the package carefully. Use the original packaging if possible. 

* It is important to know about the return status. Please include the tracking number in the email. We need this in case there are any issues during transition. As soon as we receive the return from you, we will process the return which will take 2-3 business days. 


Defective & Damaged & Missing Parts

* If products arrived damaged, or missing parts, please notify us right away with images. We will work to help you get needed replacements as soon as possible with no extra charge.

* In the case of manufacturing defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.


Suspected or Actual Damage

* If the product appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once we receive back the damaged item, we will resend a new one. Please notify us once you refuse the delivery, so we can follow up.

* If you receive a package and then find parts are missing or damaged, do not discard the packaging. Please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts with no extra charge. Again, all returned products should be in the original packaging.

* If you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned following our Return Policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts or a new replacement, we will cover the return fee.  


EXCEPTIONS - Pay attention that we CANNOT accept returns of:

Products that have been obviously installed or assembled.

Products that belong to LNC HOME Open-Box items.

Custom orders, including those that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications.

Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount if you used our labels. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.
